Mod Depot provides a cloud-based service that enables content creators to customize, brand, and distribute modpacks for the game World of Tanks. The selection of Mods is limited to those provided by Mod Depot.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

• You must create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit the platform in unauthorized ways.
• Upload or distribute content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

6. PAYMENTS AND FEES

• Customers are required to pay a commission fee as outlined in the agreed partnership terms.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Mod Depot retains all rights to its technology, trademarks, and branding.
• Users may not claim ownership over the platform, or software provided by Mod Depot.

8. MOD DEPOT'S LIABILITY

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Service.
• We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party Mods.

9. TERMINATION

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violating these Terms.
• You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any modifications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
